Jeremy M. Mullett joined Zausmer, Kaufman, August, Caldwell & Tayler, P.C. in June of 2009. His practice is focused on defense of first and third party auto claims. Additionally, Mr. Mullett practices landlord/tenant litigation representing various residential communities. Mr. Mullett graduated from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in May 2001, and he was formally admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in November 2001. Thereafter, he gained extensive experience in the defense of automobile negligence, premises liability, general negligence, and products liability matters. Mr. Mullett gained experience involving matters with large exposure handling all aspects of litigation.

Mr. Mullett graduated from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, in 1998. He was awarded the Evans Scholarship, a full tuition scholarship, in his senior year of high school to attend the University of Michigan. The Evans Scholars Foundation administers the nations largest privately funded college scholarship program, which is sponsored by the Western Golf Association. In 2001, he obtained his Juris Doctorate from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where he was a Moot Court Board of Director and Secretary of the Student Bar Association.

Mr. Mullett is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
