Matthew G. McNaughton joined Zausmer, Kaufman, August, Caldwell & Tayler, P.C. as an associate in 2005. He brings considerable civil litigation experience, representing businesses and individuals in a wide variety of commercial disputes. In addition to his civil litigation experience, Mr. McNaughton has prosecuted criminal cases as a special assistant prosecutor for the Saginaw County Prosecutor's Office.
Mr. McNaughton attended the University of Michigan for his undergraduate education, earning a Bachelor of Arts with class honors in Political Science in 1999. He obtained his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School, graduating with honors in 2003. During his second and third years at The George Washington University Law School, Mr. McNaughton was an active member of The George Washington Law Review.
