Robert McArdle

Robert P. McArdle joined Zausmer, Kaufman, August, Caldwell & Tayler, P.C. in January of 2011.
Mr. McArdle has more than a decade of experience in civil litigation, including significant trial experience, having tried cases throughout the state involving first and third party auto claims, premises liability, dog bite, insurance coverage and dramshop issues.
After law school, Mr. McArdle clerked for the Saginaw City Attorney's Office where he prosecuted traffic violations and criminal matters. Mr. McArdle was also a law clerk for the Honorable Robert Ransom of the Genesee County Circuit Court before entering private practice with a metro Detroit insurance defense firm.
Mr. McArdle has lectured at seminars for insurance companies and presented to clients, schools and community groups on various legal topics.
He received his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1992 and his B.G.S. from the University of Michigan in 1988. Mr. McArdle concentrates his practice on first and third party auto claims, premises liability and employment matters.
